My original paintings are inspired by Mother Nature. I use the rocks and branches as my easel and I love to paint at twilight so I can capture the sunrise. I feel most connected to God as I watch Mother Nature start its new day.
My artistic process involves traveling to the coves of Laguna Beach, painting Plein Air with my feet in the sand. I use large canvases and incorporate real sand, driftwood, bamboo, and twigs to give a 3-D effect, even spraying a coconut smell that makes you think of pina colada and sunscreen.
